REMOVED COIL PACKS, VALVE COVERS & INTAKE. REMOVED ROCKER ASSEMBLIES, PUSH RODS. FOUND BENT PUSH ROD ON CYLINDER 5. FOUND LIFTER FAILED ON CYLINDER 5. REMOVED A/C COMPRESSOR, HEADS, BALANCER & FRONT COVER. REMOVED TIMING CHAIN, CAM GEAR & CAM SHAFT. FOUND CAMSHAFT SCARRED BAD. REPLACED CAM SHAFT. DROPPED OIL PAN, OIL PICK UP TUBE & OIL PUMP. INSTALLED CAM GEAR, RE INSTALLED AND TIMED CAMSHAFT TO CRANK SHAFT. RE INSTALLED OIL PUMP, OIL PICK UP TUBE & OIL PAN.. RE INSTALLED FRONT COVER, HEADS, NEW LIFTERS, PUSH RODS, ROCKERS, INTAKE MANIFOLD, SPARK PLUGS, VALVE COVERS, HARMONIC BALANCER, FAN CLUTCH, RADIATOR, ALTERNATOR, P/S PUMP, A/C COMPRESSOR, BELT, FAN, FAN SHROUD, CONDENSOR, P/S COOLER, COOLANT RESERVOIR, GRILL. FILLED WITH OIL, ADDED RADIATOR FLUSH TO FLUSH SYSTEM. STARTED TRUCK. HAD A CEL FOR OIL TEMP SENSOR. REPLACED SENSOR AND PIGTAIL. CEL WENT AWAY. REPLACED FLUSHED WITH COOLANT. TOOK ON TEST DRIVE AND ALL GOOD.
FOUND CRACK IN CONDENSOR. REPLACED CONDENSOR WHILE ENGINE WAS TORN APART. REPLACED CONDENSOR & EXPANSION VALVE. CHARGED A/C. A/C WORKS AS SHOULD

REMOVED COOLANT RESERVOIR, INJECTOR MODULE, VALVE COVER ON LEFT SIDE, HIGH PRESSURE OIL RAIL LEFT SIDE, CHARGE AIR COOLER HOSE, GLOW PLUG MODULE, RIGHT VALVE COVER, LEFT HIGH PRESSURE FUEL RAIL. REMOVED ALL INJECTORS. PREPPED TO REMOVE CAB OF TRUCK TO BETTER ACCESS INJECTOR HOLES. REMOVED BATTERIES, DISCONNECTED ALL WIRING, TOOK CAB MOUNT BOLTS OUT, DISCONNECTED SHIFT CABLE & 4X4 SHIFTER. PULLED CAB OFF OF FRAME. CLEANED INJECTOR HOLES OUT TO REMOVE COOLANT & DIESEL MIX. INSTALLED NEW INJECTOR CUPS, INSTALLED INJECTORS WITH NEW O RINGS & TORQUED TO SPEC. INSTALLED HIGH PRESSURE OIL RAIL & NEW STAND PIPES. RE INSTALLED ALL ENGINE COMPONENTS. PUT CAB BACK ONTO FRAME. RE INSTALLED SHIFT CABLE & 4X4 CABLE. HOOKED/BOLTED CAB BACK UP TO FRAME. INSTALLED WIRING HARNESS FOR FASS FUEL PUMP. PREPARED TANK TO BE REMOVED. DROPPED FUEL TANK, REMOVED SENDING UNIT. REMOVED LINES FROM SENDING UNIT, INSTALLED NEW LINES ON SENDING UNIT. PLUMBED FUEL TANK TO RUN NEW FUEL PUMP. MOUNTED THE FUEL PUMP TO TRUCK FRAME. INSTALLED NEW FUEL LINES TO PUMP. RE MOUNTED FUEL TANK. REMOVED OLD ENGINE SUPPLY LINE TO INSTALL A NEW ENGINE SUPPLY LINE. PRIMED FASS FUEL PUMP, INSTALLED FILTERS AND PRIMED FILTERS. STARTED TRUCK. TEST DROVE AND ALL IS WORKING AS SHOULD. DID HAVE TO ADD 5 GALLONS OF FUEL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS AS SHOULD.

FOUND FAN ASSEMBLY NOT ENGAGING. CHECKED ALL CONNECTIONS AND FOUND IT WAS NOT WORKING. REPLACED FAN. FAN STILL NOT ENGAGING. REMOVED FUSE BOX TO CHECK FOR LOOSE CONNECTION. FOUND FUSE BOX AND CONNECTOR MELTED. REBUILT PLUG, CLEANED UP CONNECTIONS AND INSTALLED NEW FUSE BOX. REPLACED RESISTOR DUE TO CRACKED HOUSING. CLEANED UP WIRES. STARTED VEHICLE AND LET WARM UP TO TEST FAN OPERATION. FAN WORKS AS SHOULD.
