DISCONNECTED BATTERY, DRAINED OIL, COOLANT & EVACUATED A/C SYSTEM. REMOVED CONDENSOR, POWER STEERING COOLER, FAN, RADIATOR, POWER STEERING PUMP & ALTERNATOR. REMOVED COIL PACKS, VALVE COVERS & INTAKE. REMOVED ROCKER ASSEMBLIES, PUSH RODS. FOUND BENT PUSH ROD ON CYLINDER 5. FOUND LIFTER FAILED ON CYLINDER 5. REMOVED A/C COMPRESSOR, HEADS, BALANCER & FRONT COVER. REMOVED TIMING CHAIN, CAM GEAR & CAM SHAFT. FOUND CAMSHAFT SCARRED BAD. REPLACED CAM SHAFT. DROPPED OIL PAN, OIL PICK UP TUBE & OIL PUMP. INSTALLED CAM GEAR, RE INSTALLED AND TIMED CAMSHAFT TO CRANK SHAFT. RE INSTALLED OIL PUMP, OIL PICK UP TUBE & OIL PAN.. RE INSTALLED FRONT COVER, HEADS, NEW LIFTERS, PUSH RODS, ROCKERS, INTAKE MANIFOLD, SPARK PLUGS, VALVE COVERS, HARMONIC BALANCER, FAN CLUTCH, RADIATOR, ALTERNATOR, P/S PUMP, A/C COMPRESSOR, BELT, FAN, FAN SHROUD, CONDENSOR, P/S COOLER, COOLANT RESERVOIR, GRILL. FILLED WITH OIL, ADDED RADIATOR FLUSH TO FLUSH SYSTEM. STARTED TRUCK. HAD A CEL FOR OIL TEMP SENSOR. REPLACED SENSOR AND PIGTAIL. CEL WENT AWAY. REPLACED FLUSHED WITH COOLANT. TOOK ON TEST DRIVE AND ALL GOOD.
FOUND CRACK IN CONDENSOR. REPLACED CONDENSOR WHILE ENGINE WAS TORN APART. REPLACED CONDENSOR & EXPANSION VALVE. CHARGED A/C. A/C WORKS AS SHOULD
